Alice has held distinguished positions in various advisory and licensing boards, showcasing her commitment to public service. Appointed by the Minister of Labour, she served as a member of the Labour Advisory Board. Beginning her career at the Water Utilities Corporation, Alice served as a personal assistant to the CEO. She then transitioned to the Botswana Game Industry (BGI). Her experience broadened as she ventured into the corporate sector with Wiggins Teape/First Paper House, where she took on the responsibilities of a Marketing and Liaison Officer. In her entrepreneurial journey, Alice successfully owned and managed Alemo (Pty) Ltd, showcasing her versatility in business management.

A chartered accountant by profession and a fellow of the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA
UK), Fatema holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business
Administration in Finance (UK) and has professional
membership of the association. Fatema was the Public
Relations Director of the ACCA Botswana Branch and was
instrumental in the development that took place. She is an
alternate director on the board of Enterprise Botswana
and participated in its setup. She held the position of
Treasurer of the Al-Muslimah Ladies group and is actively
involved in charitable organizations in Botswana. She is
also the Chairperson of a Motswana Woman's investment
company.

From 1999 to 2001, Pauline served as an administrator at CDC American Embassy, and then a junior accountant at Phakalane Estates. Her career trajectory then led her to Siemens, where she contributed her talents before joining ITi in 2007. At ITi, Pauline has ascended to the role of Accounts Manager, where her leadership and financial acumen significantly contribute to the company's success. Demonstrating a commitment to professional advancement, Pauline is currently pursuing her Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.

Her responsibilities span a wide spectrum, including the coordination of key activities, handling all communication channels, and overseeing administrative functions. Through meticulous planning and execution of contract strategies, coupled with a steadfast dedication to enhancing IT service delivery and support services, Gerald continues to drive tangible results and set new industry success standards.
