AIESEC, a global youth-led organization, provides students with international internships and volunteer experiences aimed at fostering leadership, cross-cultural understanding, and professional development.
AIESEC’s impact is profound, reaching over 100 countries and territories and engaging thousands of young people annually. The organization has facilitated more than 230,000 leadership development experiences since its inception. Through initiatives like the World’s Largest Lesson, AIESEC introduces the United Nations’ Global Goals to children worldwide, promoting sustainable development and creative problem-solving.
ITi’s support helped facilitate global exposure for Botswana’s youth, promote international collaboration and learning, and encourage students to become globally-minded changemakers.
