As one of Botswana’s largest IT service companies, Information Technology Integrators (ITi) has been a benchmark entity at the forefront of the country’s technology landscape since its establishment in the year 2000.

The company maintains a national footprint with offices in three strategic locations—Gaborone, Francistown, and Palapye—creating a robust service network that caters to the diverse needs of our clientele.

Originally, ITi was structured with a shareholding of 60% citizen ownership and 40% non-citizen ownership.

However, recognizing the need for greater local empowerment and to enhance citizen participation and ownership, ITi strategically involved two prominent citizen investment groups: Club Ten (Pty) Ltd and Loapi Holdings (Pty) Ltd, both of whom hold positions on the executive board ensuring that citizen interests are well-represented at the highest levels of decision-making.

This restructuring has resulted in ITi becoming a fully citizen-owned enterprise, with 100% of its shares held by Batswana women. This shift aligns with and supports Botswana’s Vision 2036 strategic goals.

At ITi, we are dedicated to environmental stewardship, and one way we demonstrate this commitment is through the responsible recycling of used toner cartridges and bottles purchased from us. We extend this opportunity to our customers who participate by returning empty toner bottles for proper disposal in exchange for food vouchers from established Batswana-owned food chains. In collaboration with e-waste companies, we ensure the proper disposal of these products, minimizing their environmental
impact.
